1. Service Overview
Zenreach, operated by Zensbot LLC, provides done-for-you cold email and LinkedIn outreach services for recruiting and staffing firms. Our service includes lead sourcing, email infrastructure setup, copywriting, campaign management, reply handling, and a live reporting dashboard.
2. Pricing and Payment
The standard monthly rate is $2,100/month. New clients may be eligible for a promotional rate of $840 for the first month (60% off). There is no separate setup fee. Payment is collected via Stripe with a card on file. The first payment is collected before onboarding begins.
3. Cancellation
Clients may cancel with 30 days written notice at any time. The service is month-to-month from the first month. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business and ideal client profile during onboarding. You are responsible for responding to qualified leads and booked meetings in a timely manner. You must not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to send spam.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While we are committed to delivering measurable results, specific outcomes depend on factors including market conditions, your offer, and timing. Our service agreement covers done-for-you outreach services as described. Any performance commitments referenced on our website are operational commitments, not contractual guarantees.
6. Intellectual Property
Email copy, sequences, and campaign strategies created for your account are provided as part of the service. The Zenreach platform, dashboard, and underlying technology remain the property of Zensbot LLC.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zensbot LLC's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or business opportunities.
